May 22, 2011-My Private Spot From Human Race.

This video is where I go to think and relax and just to get away from people. Yes, even at my age people have what is called their private spots. I know when people are there and when there not. When there not then it's all mine. Remember it is not a private spot if you tell anyone family, friend etc. where you go. More fun to say I had some business to take care of and leave it at that. My spot was used today after that silly court trial of having to fight an illegal arrest or as this county called Obstruction of justice. Wondering why I made so people so angry to waste the tax payers money on this old man. First time anyone took an obstruction of justice case all the way to trial? From what I was told that is why so many citations are issued to gain that almighty $$$$(dollar) Can't get you for a traffic ticket then come up with anything you can to get us money. Just too bad that so many people feel so safe with the scum of bad office holders. But, one day it will come back on all those that take the word of so called oath takers without giving them a test to see if their bad or not. Yes, which many people don't know is that I never record someone unless there is a reason in either fun or being serious. My private spot is really full of water so wish I had my boat. Thinking I am going to buy another so I can be in the middle and really be left alone. When my kids were little I always went boating and camping and miss all that. Sure older and fatter and once on the ground takes sometime to pick myself back up. But, still worth it to be out doors and laying on the ground and watching the night stars. So much freedom back in my day compared to now days. But, less people then also. Something like half as many people on the earth. Once the government started feeding and giving places for rent free etc. Everyone made kids instead of working. Look what a mess this world is in now. Heard that China plans to place the USA on notice if we attack any other country that it will be an act of war. Suppose to be given out sometime this week. Wonder if the media will even let the people in the USA even know. So, many people have no idea that the media is controlled here and don't search out things with the Internet to learn the truth. This is the type of things I think about in my private spot. How I wish I had learned to be taught everything by computer when I went to school. I had to make copies with copy paper. Typewriters were my report assignments. Then also I was taught to count out money where as the computers do it all now. I have found some places you hit the wrong computer key and you get paid to eat at some places. Guess even with the computers the kid's are not taught to pay attention? Then when I tell people I use to pay .25 cents a gallon for gas, they can't believe it or ten cents for a bottle of soda and a nickle for a really large size candy bar. Hell, even when McDonald's first opened up and I was able to get a burger for .15 cents. I remember my McDonald's in the neighborhood always placed up a sign as to how many burgers were sold that day. At that time they were in the six thousand and we always guessed when it would 6500. Now, there all saying billions sold. Remember the eight track? No of course not as that didn't last long but was a college guys dream player when I was in college. Yes, I have one from that day and even all the eight tracks. Yes, even has AM radio on it. I was offered five dollars for it at the local pawn shop, but holding it. Five dollars, what an insult. But, as everyone will say, who uses a typewriter now? For that matter who uses anything but a computer today. Now all the fishing holes have gated fences to keep people out, and even the parks are closed after certain hours because of crime. I even left our family door unlocked as most the people back in the good old days. Now people place up steel bard, six foot fences and video and even guarded communities today. Yes, this world has really changed and I for one don't like it a bit! We as the most powerful nation on earth now attacking other countries in order to keep Americans happy so they won't revolt. Yes, all of you people are blinded by Lie's and have no idea how many innocent people we kill around the world. But, China as one friend told me there fed up and going to place the United States on notice. Guess Russia also agrees and goes along with China. But, listen as I will and see if this is fact or bullshit. Then let's see what happens from there. I predict that I won't get to die from old age, but probably get to see World War Three before I go. May 24, 2011-Last comment on Ex Deputy Winn

I have decided that as far as I am concerned this trial has found me innocent of the false charges made by Deputy Dana Winn of the Benton ville Sheriff's office in the natural state of Arkansas. As long as Mr. Dana Winn can no longer railroad citizens of Arkansas into jail and pay fines as well as court costs while all long knowing that people will pay fines than hire an attorney to prove that this cop was nothing more than power hungry and could not take an old man telling him he was wrong as well as telling him he was a BAD COP. This ex-deputy is now going to college full time, hopefully taking something that will not require an OATH to defend the Constitution of the United States or protecting the citizens of Benton ville, Rogers Arkansas. How many people this bad cop railroaded is not known. But, hopefully this will give those in power of control to use it for good for the good and jail those that are bad. I will not sue this agency of Keystone cops or Mr. Dana Winn, even though I can. Hopefully Mr. Dana Winn, has learned there are some people out there that will fight for their rights. Warning most all people my age are Viet Nam vets and if you would have checked my license plate, you would have seen that. If any vet is breaking the law then have your camera as well as recorder on and arrest them. Why wasn't your recorder and video on Mr. Dana Winn. Why was mine on? Because, I know about your keystone department. But, You Tube has published you as well as me around the world. I have always started to fight with using the Internet for many things and it is my way to get the attention needed to get rid of bad public service workers. I took my oat at age nineteen and still uphold it and will till the day I die! The judge stated the same thing an oath is to be kept! I hope that you learn this in college. May the Almighty one forgive you for being a bad cop and ruining so many lives!

I was asked by My attorney not to say nothing what so ever as to what happened in court today! I can only suggest that you contact the court as to what is happening at this time.
Your welcome to speak with the prosecutions witness against me since they were ordered to court to testify on Dana Winn’s behalf. As well as I rent a room to those that were ordered to court today, I can only say as I have in the past that Dana Winn was told by the witness that the felony suspect was not living here before coming into the house and getting me to come outside. I will also add that Mr. Dana Winn is a poor excuse for not keeping his oath as a sheriff’s deputy. Which the judge in this case also told the prosecution that he himself was sworn to uphold the United States Constitution for all citizens and his oath was to the laws of Arkansas. That statement alone should have told many that if I did not have the camera on then I would have been found guilty! Why didn’t this bad cop Dana Winn have his camera on? I think we all can see from the video why. I know that Dana Winn knows deep inside that he made a very bad mistake as he would not look at me in the eye’s while in court. How he could still continue to lie is beyond me even after being told he was in the wrong. This should also show how Bentonville County will spend money and try to convict an innocent person at any costs, as I said before I stand on the video itself and I feel sorry for all those others this bad cop made suffer over his so called eleven years of service to the Bentonville County Sheriff’s department. My question is why did they want to take me to court and waste time on something so simple as my rights were violated and the video shows that. All I can think of is that if I did not have a good attorney, which most people don’t as they really cost a lot. How many people end up jailed on the word of a bad cop that will lie no matter what. The oath means nothing to these low lives and anyone with eleven years of service knows what an oath is. After all I took an Oath at the age of nineteen, and I still keep that oath to my country and citizens of the country! How was it in jail I am asked. Not fun and really a demeaning of ones self that has never been in jail. Makes you wonder why these bad cops will lie at any cost to save their job. I was told this cop resigned and if I could be found guilty then he could call back in good standing. Ok, that is why I went to trial even with that video being shown all over the world and even members of his own force stated that they felt sick working with him if he did what was shown on the video.
How could the prosecution even try to take this to court? I have a little more faith now after hearing the judge telling the prosecution that he himself was under oath to protect the citizens of Arkansas and uphold all the laws in Arkansas. Hearing that made me feel so good, and hopefully all those officers will also remember that an oath once taken is for life! I will say one thing that perjury should be looked into as well as the reason behind the county wastering hard earned tax money to try to convict and honest man. What if this was not an oath believing judge and then what would have happened? I am sure that since my attorney is also a firm believer in all people’s rights he would have fought it. But, what if? After all see what has happened in Indiana and everyone see’s daily the bad cops across the United States being caught. But a couple judges are law minding at any means and want power over the people. No one is taught in school how this country was developed. Taxes were levied on anything and everything. Like they are now. No one is yelling. Why? Because, there afraid to have their property taken for false police powers. What happens next? Well, it’s hard to say after all it is known that this should have been dismissed from the beginning and wasn’t. We will see what happens next, as there are a few bad apples spoiled in that barrel and we the people need to get them out of that barrel! Right now my blood pressure is so out of wack, that I am going to bed. Not about to call my doctor as I know what he will do. Hopefully in a few hours I will be calm and not get so angry over this bad cop! By the way, he has not worked for them for eleven years even. Talk about lie’s!

Meth fighting for month of October in Bentonville
My comments to the below story is for the so called sheriff Keith Ferguson to clean up his house before kicking in doors and destroying private citizens property like he did to mine. Never in my life even smoked weed, let alone do drugs. Been in the medical field over twenty plus years. Came home late one night finding this sickening pig tearing up my home. Ran all sorts of checks on me and found nothing. After all never have been in jail let alone arrested for any crime. Served in Viet Nam as well with all sorts of ribbons, badges and certificates. Seen more in my life that I would never wish on any person. But, coming home after a hard day and seeing police throwing things around and breaking things. Walked into my house and was told to leave or be jailed. In shock and seen my safe even destroyed as well as money and other stuff taken upon inspection from having dinner in town. I was pissed. Sure all sorts of lawyers would take the case with thousands down first. Then found a crooked lawyer willing to for three hundred dollars and nothing for months from this crook. Found out he worked for this creep and said because my son had weed in his room, and consider that drugs as well. Sure do I. But, still left no reason for Keith and his coon's to destroy all I worked for. So, said fine, I will fight with words and learn all I could about this sick cop re-elected by the sheep of this area. Found he would ruin the lives of those that worked for him if they didn't break the law's as he asked. Example: Keith was pulled over drunk driving. The officer wanted to do his job, and of course others of the flock came along and took Keith home . The officer of course was fired for even making an attempt to arrest this puke. So, much more as doing record searches that even a sheriff had no business doing, but to get information on people he didn't like. Yup, this crook is a bad apple and I will keep letting everyone know it! Keep searching all around the internet as pages are destroyed by some of these crooks, but I have so many set up that the news will continue on until the whole system is destroyed by our corrupt government. Always check under badcop's news or bad cops and bad cops etc. Fight for your rights and fight bad cops! Thanks to the cop that gave me a gas mast. Guess that is a sign for the next time. I am retired now and have all sorts of time on my hands. I will be blogging and setting up .com .gov and so on here. Always check around and you will see. At sixty-four years of age I was arrested for not answering questions on my private property. So, above is no longer true about never being arrested. False arrest? Obstruction of Governmental Operation? We won’t know for many months as was set a court date, then of course will be a long while for it to get to court. Not to mention that since I publish all the bad cops that I find, and now doing it in video will bring myself more dishonest bad cops little by little. Just too bad so many people in America can’t see what is happening with thugs like these wanting to abuse there powers. You may enjoy the videos, but one day your turn will soon be here. Then what will you do?

A Benton County Sheriff's Deputy is under investigation after a man secretly videotaped him while he was being arrested.

John Lewis said his rights were violated and he was wrongfully imprisoned by Deputy Dana Winn. "Oh I'm very disappointed, never been arrested in my life," said Lewis.

Winn came to Lewis' Benton County home on Scenic Drive outside Rogers on November 22. Winn was attempting to serve felony and misdemeanor warrants on a man who used to live at Lewis' address. Winn asked to speak with the owner of the house, which is Lewis. The entire conversation between the men was recorded through a hidden camera located in Lewis' sunglasses.

"He says 'do you know where he's at,' and everything to that affect and I said 'no I have no idea where he's at,'" said Lewis. "If I know someone has a felony warrant they're not going to live here."

Winn said he didn't believe Lewis was telling him everything he knew, so he continued to push him for answers.

"I have nothing else to say, you got the information on who owns this property and you got my name sir," said Lewis.

Winn responded, "I've been nothing but cordial with you and you're being a jackass." Winn went on to say, "I will come back here every day until I find out, I'll bang on your door until something happens."

Deputy Winn also got frustrated with Lewis because he wouldn't address him with the proper title. Lewis kept calling Winn "Mr." and "Officer."

"It's not officer it's deputy I don't work for the city I work for the county, you have a problem with that we'll discuss it down at the jail," said Winn.

Winn asked to search the home but was denied because he didn't have a search warrant. Lewis was arrested a short time later for obstructing government operations.

"You hesitated on your answers, which leads me to believe you know more than you're telling me," said Winn.

In a later interview Lewis said, "to me an officer is no different than anyone else that comes up on your property. If you don't want to answer questions you should not have to answer questions," said Lewis.

Lewis said he wants the arrest to be cleared from his record or he will sue the Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Keith Ferguson said he cannot comment on the situation until the investigation is concluded.

Lewis said he doesn't trust law enforcement, which is one of the reasons why he keeps several hidden camera devices. "If I didn't have recorded who would believe me," said Lewis.

This is actually the second altercation between Deputy Winn and John Lewis. Lewis' home was raided by the Sheriff's Office a few years ago during a narcotics investigation in which a small amount of marijuana was seized. Lewis said it belonged to his son.
